Yep, I didn’t think this was going to happen, especially since the Ironbreaker was given access to the hammer, but the cat may well be out of the bag.
In 2009 we are going to keep advancing with great strides. The Keg End Event is drawing to an end in the new year, but the next patch is coming soon and so is the next event. Also, the introduction of the melee DPS careers for the Dwarfs and the Greenskins is looming on the horizon.
Is it going to be the hammerer or have Mythic created something entirely new. Lets hope that Kai ”Sterntaler“ Schober hasn’t let this one slip to early.
Another morsel that was mentioned this evening on ventrilo, was that the cut capital cities may also be on the way back. Since I haven’t seen that mentioned yet by a Mythic/GOA source, then it stays as a rumour. Now this doesn’t stop me throwing a few thoughts out there. Will adding these capital cities back in, widen the warfront and make all tier 4’s active or merely concentrate the populations in the most active tier 4 pairing.
Edit: It may have been mentioned in this months PC Gamer, so I will have a look if I go shopping today.
We all know that people tend to concentrate where the RPs are easiest. Maybe Mythic will just implement a rotating capital system. Who knows, but it should be interesting, if it proves to be true.
